I was pleased to get a natural dark-to-light gradient in the sky opposed by one side of the vertical support in light and one in shadow.

Photo Friday - 'Rain'

I couldn't believe that I had zero photos on my Flickr stream tagged "rain."

I had very few that would even qualify for this theme.

 That needs to change.

SPC - 'Walls' - #2

SPC - Walls - 2

This is another case of a location I've had my eye on for years, but never had the occasion to stop until this 'Walls' challenge.  I drive by this building nearly every day and I've always wondered if it would be possible to get up into that little alcove on the side of this building and if so, how difficult it would be.  I'm pleased to say that it wasn't particularly difficult.  Still, I only made two shots since I had to set the timer, run across the street and get into location in less than 20 seconds.

I like how this one turned out.

An entire wall of convex mirrors was too good to pass up with the 'Walls' challenge approaching for SPC.
